Pink Lady Ready!

The Pink Lady is ready! I wait (un)patiently all apple season for these.

Pink Lady apples are beautiful....light green with a pretty pink color. Sweet, tart and crunchy.
Good for eating, pies and storing.

Lots of Gold Rush and Braeburn still.
Also Golden Delicious.
Some Granny Smith and Red Delicious.

Season is winding down but still lots of nice apples out there.

Who doesn't like picking apples in the rain anyway! It's the total fall experience!

Winter Apples Ready

Granny Smith are Ready Now!

Also Lots of:
Braeburn (Winter apple, great for eating, baking and sauce too).
Gold Rush (Winter apple, great for baking, resists browning and lasts a long time in storage.)

Still have: Golden, Red Delicious.

Not many: Fuji, Jonagold, Gala, or Cameos.
No more Rome.

Still to come later: Pink Lady. Pink Lady aren't ready until the end of October. They look ready, nice green and pink but they still need to ripen. They are worth the wait though!
